Hauly is a free personal organising app. You own your content. We do not sell it, advertise with it, or share it. Be respectful in shared features. You must be 15 or older to use the app.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hauly mobile application ("the app") operated by Hauly ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 15 years old to use Hauly. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we learn that a user is under 15, we will delete their account and all associated data.
If you are between 15 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Choose a PIN you have not used elsewhere. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at haulyapp@outlook.com.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others, impersonate any person, or use another person's username.
You retain full ownership of everything you add to Hauly — your product collection, photos, notes, and posts. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and sync it across your devices solely to operate the app.
We do not claim ownership of your content, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to run the service (see our Privacy Policy).
When you delete content or your account, we remove it from our systems within 30 days.
Hauly includes social features (Circle posts, Lookalike submissions) that may be visible to your accepted friends or the broader user community. By contributing to these features, you agree not to:
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report any post or comment, and block any user, from within the app. We review every report and remove violating content — and suspend or terminate the responsible accounts — within 24 hours.

The Hauly app, its design, name, logo, and underlying code are our intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Product names, brand names, and trademarks visible in the app or database belong to their respective owners. Hauly is an organisational tool and makes no claim over those marks.
Hauly is free to download and the core app stays free. Some optional features are part of Hauly Plus, available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Hauly Plus is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — about uptime, accuracy of product data, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Product expiry information in the app is based on general industry guidelines for Period After Opening (PAO). It is for reference only. Always check the printed expiry date on your products, particularly for SPF and skincare. We are not liable for any harm arising from reliance on in-app expiry estimates.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at haulyapp@outlook.com. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms. We will give you notice where reasonably possible before doing so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the app after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
